Atlantic Health System
Performed spectrum analysis and passive survey of Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Newton Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center, Hackettstown Medical Center, and Goryeb Children’s Hospital. Analyzed results and created reports certifying Wi-Fi operation in preparation of Epic rollout.

Structure Tone
Analyzed results of security audit, impact of vulnerabilities, and created remediation plan. Provided weekly onsite services centered around clients ongoing network architecture and security projects.

Spear Physical Therapy
Infrastructure overhaul at central office to facilitate more rapid addition of future sites into VPN mesh network. Designed, configured, and deployed Meraki networks for four new branch sites.

Museum of Modern Art
Design, configuration, and implementation of wireless network to support construction efforts of 70 residential floors. This design included a mesh network with MAPs mounted on hoists to provide seamless voice capabilities to construction workers as they moved between floors.

New York Health + Hospitals
Oversaw engineering team which conducted active site survey and spectrum analysis of Jacobi Medical Center, North Central Bronx Hospital, Segundo Ruiz Belvis Diagnostic and Treatment Center, Tremont Community Health Center, Gun Hill Medical Pavilion, Crown Heights Health Center. Created and reviewed Wi-Fi design based on survey results with client’s IT management.

Network practice lead specializing in wired/wireless network architecture and implementation for major federal clients.

Department of Labor: OSHA Switch Refresh Project Manager
Managed 50-man network team during layer 2/3 switch refresh in all OSHA branch offices (US, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). Configured access and distribution layer switches. Performed on site switch upgrade at Disaster Recovery site (Salt Lake City, UT). Performed on site switch upgrades at Trenton, NJ, and St. Croix, VI locations.

Department of Energy: Network/Wi-Fi Architect
Managed 10 person network engineering team on assessment and planning phase of multifaceted IT infrastructure upgrade for EIA. Coordinated with cable team to plan cabling upgrade. Created and submitted proposals for GPON LAN, and low noise common area infrastructure design. Designed and implemented access layer switching network. Designed and implemented Cisco wireless network. Performed post install heat mapping to ensure strict RF security requirements near Secure Compartmentalized Information Facilities (SCIF). Created BOM/PO for switch and wireless network upgrades.

Akamai – Technical Trainer
Designed curriculum for 250 classroom hours including lectures, slides, assessments, homework and interactive lab simulations. Taught introduction to enterprise IT course focused on Linux and networking.

Department of Agriculture – VOIP Subject Matter Expert
Migrated Cisco voice systems to new multilayer switching infrastructure. Redesigned addressing and DHCP scheme for campus VOIP and data networks. Create and implemented QoS rules for access and distribution layer switches throughout campus.

Education Corporation of America – Infrastructure Analyst
Managed overall IT infrastructure assessment, performed site surveys of 3 facilities including the Southeast Regional HQ. Interviewed key IT staff regarding IT infrastructure, practices and perceived shortcomings. Gathered and analyzed IT/Telecoms documentation. Assisted in the creation of deliverable documentation.

West Point Military Academy – Network/Wi-Fi Engineer
Provisioned, inventoried, configured and deployed 230+ Cisco PoE access layer switches, 8 wireless controllers, 2 Prime NCS appliances and 2500 access points. Performed physical site surveys during planning phase. Created predictive RF model for campus; used for initial customer approval and cable installation team planning. Installed structured cabling in over 200 IDF’s to support wireless network. Performed post installation Wi-Fi heat mapping for customer validation & acceptance. Provided routine maintenance and troubleshooting during post deployment phase for all associated Wi-Fi hardware.

Developed in-house insurance rating software for NJCRIB quoting; greatly reducing NJCRIB quote time. Responsible for all IT acquisitions.
